    Went it there and dropped $61 on a bottle of bourbon. The Indian(?) dude there didn’t even have the decency to say hello and mucked up the eftpos. Will avoid another visit. Other liquor stores in Tauranga with (apparently) Indian owners are much more welcoming and warm

    Walk in to some rude woman grinding some kind of Indian curry on the front counter. Tries to charge more than the price indicated on the shelf. No hello. No sorry. Used to go there, won't go anymore. Plenty of better bottle shops around.

    The worst customer service, I walk and say hi but no reply as the attendant is watching a bollywood movie on his phone, even after asking for a certain gin he doesn't understand me. Its over priced anyway but I won't come back. Service people need to speak some sort of English....
