   Horrible service. We showed up at least 10 minutes before closing time and they had shut. My husband went and checked, I then cam over and knocked on the door - no answer after waiting. We went across the road (Great!). Then as we came back and got in our car the guy who was locking up said “what they don’t have car parks over there” very rudely. We said mate you closed early. He then got mad, 100 percent just lost some regular local customer because of his treatment.

   Wonderful setting... restaurant was 3/4 full but we were still able to have xmas speeches and hear each other, staff very friendly and polite.

   Rude and disrespectful staff. They don't greet you and they continue to talk on their phones while they are serving you they seem very unhappy that they have to be there. MAJOR improvements needed here!

   Really annoys me when staff continue to talk on the phone when customers enter the store! Then when I was questioning the price he was argumentative and dismissive! Oh well, vote with our wallet and go a bit further up the road to your competitor. Better price and better service!!

   Unless guy that served us was on the phone the whole time. Screwed up the transaction twice. Covid 19 was bad enough this has put me over the edge
