I have been supporting the Palm Springs Pharmacy for over 13 years. I was always impressed by their friendly manner, that is up until today. Today I spent over $60 in their store only to be treated rudely by the pharmacist. I will from now on travel to different chemist shops.
Very unhelpful unpleasant manner of pharmasist verging on being rude!
Do Not go to the lab tests!!! When I went for my regular blood test here, that was the first and last time! The reasoning behind it was because I was served by am asian guy who ignored my requests of my fears and the result was me nearly fainting but not only that, this unskillful worker missed my vain (which has never happened before because it's a big vain) and stabbed my nerve which hurt very much. I was very light headed and my heart could hardly beat, he also used a very thick needle and was bleeding for a long time. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a lab and will never go back! Highly not recommended and if you have to go to this one be sure to ask for someone else...
The staff are lovely and I like the interesting mix of gifts they sell.
Wonderful and very helpful. Always nice and genuine.
