“Wide variety of items available to fulfil home needs. From bedsheets to kitchen utensils, clocks, curtains, loose cloth to stitch your own clothes. The location is excellent. The store is huge. You will definitely find what you need for your home. The carpark has always some spots available for parking. They have introduced self checkouts as well but I would prefer for staff to serve purely due to size of items. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Lots of specials on items. Ensure you are a member of their club to avail the discounts. The entrance is welcoming and store is well presented.”

“Excellent customer service! Shoutout to the young, Korean staff member (I'm so sorry I missed your name). It was a busy afternoon and she was attending to 2 groups of customers already when we arrived. We did have to wait for our turn. While she was letting them have a think, she then asked us what we were after. I showed her the photo of the sale ring I was looking for. She immediately knew where to find it. Got my size and done! She asked if I was interested to see any other items, but I just wanted the one. She politely excused herself from the other customers as they were still looking and took me to the counter for payment. She was so calm under pressure, and so patient with ALL of the customers, not leaving anyone out. She made me feel very valued even if I just purchased a sale item. “Nice store layout for a small store. Have a decent sized beer chiller and have the majority of brands available. I liked this shop so much because they have the small Jack Daniels collection packs which some bigger shops didn’t even have. Shop is located next to butchers, roast shop, pizza, cheesecake shop and fruit and veges which makes it very convenient.”
