    I stopped by the store today around 5pm and was in line with three customers ahead of me. Even with the busy Christmas rush and high demand, Josh gave each person the same genuine, kind energy. Every interaction was heartwarming to watch, and when it was my turn, he was just as friendly and pleasant to chat with. Such a delightful experience, Josh truly made my visit memorable, didn’t ask for his name, but I got it on the receipt haha always gotta give credit where it’s due.
