Wouldn't honour the price beat on garden stones as the competitors rocks were identical but a different brand and not the "same" with the same SKU. Was a $25 difference. Definitely wouldn't recommend as the are the same product. Pretty average.... Clearly it pays to shop elsewhere.
Sat morning I walked in ready to buy a BBQ, I walked around BBQ section and there was no one to ask for help. Walked over to Customer Service, she was attentive. She called the person from "seasonal" over to help. Person was uninterested, poor customer service - training needed
The manager Raj Prasad was amazing. He took time out to help me as I lost my keys. The service felt so personal and I'm thankful for such human service dealing with my issue even though he was so busy. Great staff. Great service
Litter everywhere down the driveway to Marua Rd. I mentioned it to three people in person and twice by email over a period of six months, but nothing's changed. In-store everything's great.
Mitre10 have stepped up significantly with range of goods and finally started dropping their traditionally over pricing of said goods. Was pleasantly surprised considering how much I spend at Bunnings. Let's hope it continues!
Excellent customer service extremely helpful staff. The staff always been knowledgeable about what they are selling. There has always been plenty of parking. Even on those days even you make a trip, get home, & realise you forgot that one thing, I’ve never felt bad about popping down. Always do pay wave using my watch and yummy sausage sizzles after that. What more could you ask for.
Came in here 23rd July with my two brothers and was surprised by how we were treated by the workers here two men followed us everywhere one stood at the end of aisle and the other guy followed us around almost watched everything we were doing and then another worker comes up and basically told us to hurry up as they were closing. Just because we are young guys in our 20s (islanders) we felt this is why we got treated like this almost making us feel very uncomfortable to shop here. We ended up grabbing an item that we didn’t need as we felt very uncomfortable and just wanted to get out of there. We will never be going back!
Nice big store, the garden department is a big ket down, just came from Mitre 10 Takapuna and their garden department was amazing compared to this one.
This is always a popular place for local to shop especially Saturday and Sunday. The place is always well stocked. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. The place is big. I always need to find a staff to help me to locate the item. I do miss the Columbus cafe inside the shop. I used to be able to take my family to go there for brunch. However, due to store renovation, there can only serve coffees.
