Great store. Felt a bit full and harder to find stuff, need signage to point things out better. Couldn't find everything I'd seen online, but it's a busy time of year. Excellent customer service.
This place is jam packed, aisles are full of Christmas products. Finding stuff and moving around is difficult. However staff were friendly and helpful and showed me where to find items I wanted. The bonus of being do full is that it probably will have what you need. It's got a lot more then just haberdashery which surprised me. Plenty of free parking.
Wide variety of items available to fulfil home needs. From bedsheets to kitchen utensils, clocks, curtains, loose cloth to stitch your own clothes. The location is excellent. The store is huge. You will definitely find what you need for your home. The carpark has always some spots available for parking. They have introduced self checkouts as well but I would prefer for staff to serve purely due to size of items. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Lots of specials on items. Ensure you are a member of their club to avail the discounts. The entrance is welcoming and store is well presented.
Went to pay for our purchase and it was going to be $1 more than the ticket price. We were told everything in the store had gone up. We had to take a picture and take it back to checkout to get the price we saw. A) a staff member should have gone not us having to trek all the across the shop and back and b) if your prices go up change the tickets the night before. For the staff member to have knowledge all the prices had gone up and tickets not changed is pretty poor. I'm sure you can be fined for this.
It was almost closing time and there was hardly any staff on the ground. Understandable, but I thought it closes at 9pm on Thursday.
