   We recently took both of my cars to Tony’s Tyre Service in Botany for wheel balancing and alignment, and I’m extremely happy with the results. The service was perfect from start to finish, efficient, professional, and done with great attention to detail. Mohit, the Manager, was fantastic to deal with, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and easy. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality tyre service and excellent customer care.

   Went here for my WOF, failed it for really lame reasons (spare tyre in my trunk wasn’t secure when they could’ve secured it themselves; the tip of my windshield was detached - no biggie in the slightest is what my mechanic told me; headlights alignment which my mechanic checked and said no issues TWO TIMES). Took it back and charged the money they were discount on WOF to do headlights alignment. Never going back. Met a customer there while waiting who had an equally unhappy experience so I don’t think I’m exaggerating here…

   Seen Obert today. What a great service from him. We worked together to match my funds and what I could get very happy with him and would recommend him. However my first interaction was with the manager Mohit. Who was the rudest belittling pushy person i have ever dealt with. Explained 4 times i had low funds and couldn't buy 4 tyres yet he kept saying I had to buy 4 new tyres only and kept pushing and pushing me to the point I was fed up and asked to speak with someone else. Tony's tyre service get rid of this guy im not the only one to complain about him. Very unhappy with Mohit.

   I’ve given a four-star rating. While your customer service was excellent and the front desk staff were lovely, I found your pricing to be quite high. I’ve chosen to have some work done elsewhere, as not all of it needed to be completed yet. For example, $90 for a window wiper feels excessive. Overall, the service experience was great, but I believe the pricing could be more competitive.

   Awesome service from the team at TTL Botany - they have been looking after both of my cars at this particular branch and have always been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Came in today due to getting a 2nd puncture in my front left tyre in 5 days, full replacement of tyres, balancing and alignment completed in 2 hours and vehicle ready to go again. Thanks heaps team - will continue to use you guys for all our tyre needs!

   Really poor service. Got a quote and a booking 2 days ago for a service to be done today 21/07/23. Took time off work to get the vehicle dropped to meet the scheduled available booking. While booking the car in we were notified that it would be $40 more expensive due to the special oil that was needed for the vehicle, although they knew exactly what kind of vehicle it was revealed by the online booking questionare. After arriving back at work and giving it more thought, I phoned the gentleman at the book in station because it did not make sense that it would now be more than the original quote. Not revealing his name, the gentleman on the phone got very agitated and said it would actually cost more because we have to pay for the shipping and all prices needed GST added. We cancelled the service, took off from work and collected the car immediately because I won't get bullied to buy and pay for anything that was not discussed with me prior to my physical booking in. This kind of service should not be tolerated.

   Had such a great experience here. I got a flat tyre after my mate curbed the car. Came here to get a new tyre. Vasu showed me why I had gotten a flat tyre from simply curbing it. He recommended I check the other tyres too and fair enough, the inside underneath the car of the front tyres were completely bald! I asked why that would happen to the inside when the outside of the tyres still looked brand new and he mentioned it would most likely be due to wheel alignment so I got that done too. Vasu was super patient with all my annoying questions and happily and knowledgeably explained everything. Thanks so much! Would 100% recommend and will 100% be back in future (hopefully no more flat tyres though hahaha)

   Honestly the greatest customer service I have gotten from workshop. Called them up for a last minute service with no booking required they got onto it straight away the team is very friendly and understanding even went out of their way to test drive the car when I couldn’t describe the problem. Magean was a great help throughout the way keeping me updated and showing me the problems 10/10
