Had the best experience here today! Came in feeling flat knowing I needed two outfits for two events and felt like Iād never find the right options. I left with three beautiful dresses that I am excited to go out in and show off. I felt special and looked after and the staff were so complimentary and kind. Will definitely be back.
The service here is exceptional, the staff are always friendly and welcoming and will do there best to help you. The clothes are also very good quality, last a long time and are actually made for larger shapes and sizes they compliment your curves unlike plus size clothes from most shops that just make their clothes wider leaving it too short or ill fitted. Iv also been told they have smaller sizes online which my sisters and mother are excited about as they all love the beautiful dresses I buy from here.
Lovely lady on staff in here. great customer service. However the main store needs to listen when they ask for bigger sizes for this store. They know their customers in here and what sells.
Was after tall boots. Shops don't stock them. Only Auckland store. Rang customer service about sizing and girl(in Australia) didn't know about products. Disappointed but girl in Hamilton store was lovely and very helpful
I love this store - as a trans woman I find it hard to shop for nice clothes in my size, but here I'm I'm size small! The shop girls here are super friendly and really helpful! Special thanks to Kate who was happy to go above and beyond to help me find things in my style.

I love going to City Chic. The staff are AMAZING - fashion and style is NOT my strong point so it's always such a good experience when staff ask what type of event you're shopping for and they can suggest outfits as well as different ways to wear each piece. The ladies here always know about the product range that's in store and are just so friendly and welcoming. The clothes are both flattering and high quality. To get a 5* review from someone who HATES clothes shopping is not to be taken lightly. Well done CC team x
