   Absolutely deplorable service from Shakti. Very poor communication leading to days on end where we had to stay at home waiting for a technician who never showed up. It took months for the job to finally be finished. One of our brand new units clapped out after only a few uses over the cold snap during winter. Shakti eventually sent out a tech to fix it only for it to shit itself again a day later. It wasn't repaired correctly, the thermostat was not connected, screws were missing and cross threaded. Had a cockroach not shorted it out the second time around, the unit would have been completely fried by the dodgy repair work. I ended up being helped directly by the Daikin warranty manager who could not have been more helpful. Daikin got it sorted with their own technician and not thanks to Shakti. Whenever Shakti finally managed to get a technician, it was always someone different from a different company. They would turn up without the correct equipment to complete the job, it was an absolute circus! Never again will I do business with Sustain Energy Solutions or recommend them to anyone. Steer clear!    This is a wonderful installation company, unfortunately let down by their unbelievable ‘terms and conditions.’ The final price you will be charged will either be the quote you received ….or “any invoice provided by CES.” Unbelievable! Did you realise that your 50% deposit is “non refundable” it’s entirely at their discretion? Heavens….
