    Be careful! Need a samsung microwave to be repaired as it stopped working. The lady charged $60 upfront fee while handing it over and mentioned the fee is to have a look at what’s wrong with it and they will get back in a week. I checked back after 5 days and was told they haven’t looked into my product yet. I was appalled when I got a call back the next day to be told i need to pay $399 plus GST to repair the microwave. A brand new microwave of the same brand and capacity costs $378.
