I received a beautiful boquet of flowers for mothers day from my son in New Plymouth from Lilys Flower Crazy, they were gorgeous and lasted over 3 weeks, WELL DONE TO THE STAFF.
Edit: apparently the boss, David, gets the online orders and is supposed to then notify the florist working to make it… and he didn’t? Or she simply can’t find it. Either way, the communication between staff needs serious help. I placed the order online a month ago. Confirmed order via email an extra time to be sure, David says yes. Dad turned up to collect flowers on Mum’s birthday…. Blank stare: ‘We never received your order’ and blamed David for messing up. I’m not going to say this is ‘worst possible’ florist since nobody died in their store, but if you are an organised person and loves the person you are trying to order for, I would recommend skipping this for your own sanity. She offered to just do it right then and there but A) Who has time to wait for a rush job? B) Who wants to give money to a business that doesn’t care about their orders? We will pay someone else thanks.
Would highly recommend, spoke to David, who was great, recommending flowers for my Dads casket, with only a days notice, the funeral wreath was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Thank you so much.

Went into the the shop to purchase some flower, but majority of them were dead on the shelf. The hanging vase’s had dead flowers (not dried) with mould. Won’t be shopping here again.

Absolutely amazing they went above and beyond with the amount of roses uses compared to what you usually pay. Today is my wife and I anniversary and wanted flowers delivered as a surprise. They were on time for the delivery we agreed on and professional. Will be my forever go to florist. Thank you for your service to making our anniversary feel more complete.
