    Rude. Update. What you are claiming to have happened is actually not the case. When I came back in I was told by the owner that he could not diagnose the issue and that the headlight needed to come out which was going to cost $280-$300. This to me doesn’t sound like a diagnosis of the issue, and at no point was I informed that what was faulty was specifically the ballast, part costs+labour. So $280 was so the headlight could come out. Then would be the further cost of actually fixing it. Now for a new headlight it ended up costing me less than half that after using the internet and other sources to do the diagnosis myself. When I said that he was asking too much for a diagnosis. Mr owner… decided to pretty much hand me my keys and tell me to get lost in more or less words. Then came lunchtime and I needed to use the car. Noticed a bunch of bolts sitting on my passenger seat so I popped the bonnet to realise that my headlight was just sitting there loose meaning that the had already taken it out. So I left a review saying β€œRude.” When I approached them again and asked for them to reassemble it. I was met with an apology, and cheeky thanks for my review. And a give us back your keys we will do it after lunch. Funny how some people will make up their own version of story in the heat of a spotlight.

    Clown at the front desk is very rude, everytime I have been there he has no respect for his customers, called me on the phone abusing and swearing at me over a simple car park, was also given no instructions on where to leave vehicle. would not recommend there services to anyone. Lighten up mate.

    Very rude guy working in shop. Do not go here!!! I was looking around shop. I said how are you to guy behind counter. He said nothing in response to my question. Guy asked if he could help i said i am looking around just killing time. Waiting for my car. He said where is your car? He also said if i dont want to buy anything get out of shop because he has no time, he has to be working out back. Felt like he had to watch me whole time, like i was a thief in his shop. Very bad service!!

    We were on our way to Kaitaia and had a problem with the car. Was advised to go to this business to get it checked. He was snowed under but came and looked at our car, did some tests, gave advice, and said we would be ok to get home . Asked how much we owed?, no charge. How's that for service. Thank you from Kaitaia.

    Was having issues with the lights on my boat trailer. Oliver and his team diagnosed the issue in no time and confirmed my suspicions that the trailer needed a re-wire. This was done promptly at what I would call very reasonable pricing. Would definitely go back without any hesitations.

    called today at lunch time to try and organize my car to be fixed for next week. after letting the person on the phone know my name and where I was located, the person that answered the phone said "its Friday afternoon what do you want". With service like that, I have no idea how you get or retain customers.

    Great and Friendly service they were also very flexible and we were able to change dates because of an important appointment after already booking the wof in for the day before Partner dropped my car off this morning for a wof they called to let him know when it was ready to be picked up and I was able to come pick it up a few hours later which was great not having to wait around like other places that do wofs cheers guys
