Pacific Toyotas were really good with insurance and everything, but isn’t it unfair how if I don’t use there panel beater I can’t get a rental car that I pay for in my insurance. Not happy at all.
Great customer service is an understatement. Went for a unscheduled last minute inspection of my hybrid vehicle , they rectified the matter ASAP.From phone call to documentation,inspection and delivery were done seamlessly.Cudos for Maya for arranging the matter under short notice. I would definitely take my services for them in the future.

A big thanks to Monique and the Service Manager at Pacific Toyota Bayfair. They went out of their way to courier me a replacement service book, including details of the services they had done, even though I didn't buy the car from them and it's no longer serviced by them because of distance. The original service record was "misplaced" by another Toyota dealer during a recent service. I believe having a complete service history adds to the long term value of a car so I'm very happy to get the replacement book and have my faith in Toyota restored.

Pleasant enough staff. Wife took her car in for a warrant check. Apparently new disks needed skimming, new wiper blades needed replacing, and ball joints both sides needed new ones. Quoted $2,500 to bring up to wof std. Another garage and $70 later passed WoF!
Awesome and friendly staff, They quickly managed to fit me in for a vehicle check after a road surface issue. They even washed my car for me too.
