Having been put in a very sticky position when our build and design team hung us out to dry and having purchased all items for two kitchens back in 2021 the team in Tauranga have gone over and beyond service and with a smile. They have stored our purchases for the past 3 years that it has taken to get our house under way. We cannot give anything but the highest accolades to all involved. It was indeed very trying for us and them alike but never was a company more helpful. Arna your all amazingly wonderful and we thank you.
So refreshing to visit a shop and not feel pressured to buy. Loving our new Miele dishwasher, sold to us by the also lovely Arna. Thank you for a great purchase.
Oh dear, see my earlier review which you will note was about lack of communication. Don't you just love their response? It appears that Kichen Things believe communication with customers should be via reviews and even then it is up to the customer to contact them. Can it get any worse? Clearly they do not have any means at their disposal to contact customers - will I ever hear about the delivery of the goods I have purchased and paid for, more importantly, will I ever get them? Come on guy's, lift your game.
Hmm, perhaps best not to purchase over the phone. That said, maybe it wouldn't make any difference. They take your money then communication ceases. Want to find out when your goods will be delivered? Don't expect them to tell you suffice some vague date in the future- you will need to call them and even then, they won't be able to tell you suffice to say the installer will call you on the day. Awesome. Let's hope the products purchased work OK when delivered and there are no issues - would hate think what would happen when or if I experience any issues. Not the best experience so far.
As I am upgrading my Kitchen I found Kitchen Things gave me a great choice of top grades of appliances. As I purchased these prior to Xmas these were made available at pre Boxing Day specials which maxe it a well worth saving.
Easy to deal with. Two appliances purchased within the last 4 months with exceptional sales and delivery/installation service each time. Latest product purchase arranged with Arna S. who went above and beyond to help me get the product installed quickly. Recommend.
