   I was quite stressed ringing from Western Australia ordering flowers for my beautiful granddaughter . Mel was so kind and helpful. The flowers arrived and my granddaughter texted me immediately to thank me and to say they were beautiful. I will definat definitely use Expressions again.

   Visited this store today and was spoken to rather rudely by the staff while I was looking at dresses. Being told "A bigger girl like yourself would look good in this dress, we have a staff member who is as big as you and wears it and it really does her body wonders". Note I'm a size 16 and this was really unprofessional and uncalled for. Will not be getting my money & will be sure to not recommend them in the future. Would give 0 stars if possible.

   I was really happy with the service and quality. I ordered pink flowers but they had run out, so called me to ask if yellow or orange were okay. I was happy with the level of communication and the lady was friendly on the phone. I had been prepared for it to take a while, but the flowers were delivered within 24 hours of ordering and they were arranged beautifully, even nicer than the picture online. Thank you! I will definitely be getting my flowers here in the future.
