“Louise and her team were amazing to deal with from start to finish. Nothing was too hard and she was on top of everything, kids had an amazing time, such a fantastic space for them and when they sat down to eat she sent all the adults outside and she looked after them so we could sit and eat too, worth every penny! Biggest complaint is the kids didn't want to leave at the end!”

    DANCE FOR LIFE ACADEMY

“If you are considering doing Ballet as an adult, this is honestly the place to do it! They have so many different options for classes and I was so happy to find a studio that has the option of structured syllabus-style learning. The teachers are wonderful and make sure they know their students well so they can help progress them in a way that is unique to each individual. The community is very friendly and welcoming too. One of my favourite parts about dancing here is the annual show! We actually get to perform on a stage in a theatre with costumes and everything! It's optional of course, and we spend months preparing. Any one from any level is able to participate in it and it's an incredible journey to be apart of, and it's a time when the whole community is able to get together and support each other as it's no easy task, but one that is very rewarding in my opinion. All in all, I often find myself counting down the days until my next class. Cannot recommend DFLA enough!”

“After visiting many centres, including some way closer to home, I can fully vouch for New Shoots Greenhithe. Everything is welcoming there: the teachers, the staff and the space. It is open, peaceful, full of light and surrounded by nature. I felt very supported on the early weeks where everything was new. Now, after 6 months, I can confidently say that NSGH was the best decision we could have made. I am amazed to see how my daughter is thriving, learning new things everyday, having fun no matter the weather outside. I can feel in our daily interactions how much the teachers and other staff care for her and she also shows she loves to be there by happily talking about them all the time. I highly and honestly recommend them.”

    Kindercare Learning Centres - Albany

“We feel incredibly lucky to have had our kids attend Kindercare Albany. From day one, we were welcomed into a nurturing and safe environment where every child is treated with genuine care and respect. After 8 years of experience with them, I have to say, they are AMAZING! We’ve seen our kids come home smiling, excited to tell us all about their day—and that means everything to us as parents. We’ve also seen the care and love the teachers show every single day - gently comforting upset children with long hugs, patiently explaining what’s right and helping them understand how to make good choices. It’s those small, quiet moments that show just how special this place truly is. The teachers and staffs really go above and beyond—not just to educate, but to make every day fun, engaging, and meaningful. They are exceptionally responsible and attentive, and it's clear they truly love what they do. The routines are well-structured, the communication with parents is excellent, and safety is always a top priority. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for creating such a special place, and we’re so grateful for the beautiful memories you’ve helped create.”

“The Chrome Academy is the most inclusive and supportive studio I have ever been a part of. It is a welcoming haven that I look forward to visiting every week. With aerial hoop, hammock, pole, barre, yoga and a range of other classes on offer all under one roof, it’s impossible not to find a class that meets everyone’s needs or interests. All under one roof, which is extremely hard to find, particularly so close to home. The instructors are amazing in all areas and are always happy to share their knowledge and help you along your aerial journey. I highly recommend a visit!”

Great teaching, positive and helpful advice, very easy to talk to, feels extremely welcoming of people of any gender (I’m a guy) and body capabilities and size. All of the staff I interacted with were soooo friendly and helpful, very good if this is something potentially out of your comfort zone. So I decided to take swimming lessons with Benoit and I am an adult swimmer. He is an excellent teacher when it comes to swimming, he listens to you and shows guidance according to your fitness, confidence and your ability. He has an efficient way of communicating and to teach swimming. I would highly recommend Ben from my experience. I can completely do all the breastroke, freestyle and backstyle now. And still taking lessons with him in order to improve and compete.”

    Ranui Kindergarten

“Rānui Kindergarten has been a second home for my daughter, Maiden. From the moment we stepped through the gates, I knew she was in the right place. The kaiako are warm, welcoming, and genuinely connected with each child — and I mean each. Most tamariki have one favourite teacher, but Maiden has built strong bonds with all of them, which speaks volumes about the love and manaakitanga in this space. Since starting at Rānui Kindy, she’s come out of her shell — her confidence, creativity and independence have all grown beautifully. I’ve seen her voice become stronger, her imagination flourish, and her pride in her culture deepen. The team do more than just “teach” — they uplift and nurture the whole child. Every day is filled with meaningful learning, fun exploration, and aroha. The outdoor area is stunning, the routines are calm and supportive, and the whānau feel is real. I'm so grateful for everything Rānui Kindy has done for Maiden. She's thriving — and I honestly believe the foundation she’s getting here will set her up for life. Ngā mihi nui to the beautiful kaiako — your mahi matters, and it’s changing lives. — Mum of Maiden”
