“Great class for under 6. My son loves his twice a week training and the coach is amazing. They mix training and play which the kids love. My son used to get upset when he loses a game but after joining jiujitsu he now understands that’s it’s okay to make mistakes and lose in a game, he would say ‘just try again’ ‘I’ll practice more’. The attitude has changed and the discipline is apparent. Thank you, Albany team!”

“Don't be fooled by the cheap price! This is an A+ course. 2 x 5 hour sessions ( or 1 x 5 hour session if you cant lay aside the whoel weekend ) of full contact self defence. Charlie walks the line tactfully between providing some physical stress to somewhat mimic a real life situation and being understanding that people will bring a range of experiences to the course. I did this with my 13 year old daughter who now has the skills and attitude to survive if the worst happens. She loved the course and it was a great bonding weekend for us. Highly recommend!”
