Our young one had the most amazing journey with Kindercare Albany, with each and every one of the teachers, front desk, and centre director warmly embracing us as one of their own. You really do feel like you're part of the family. I truly couldn't recommend Albany Kindercare more highly. Thank you for helping raise our child and preparing him for the transition to school!

   All three of my boys have been through, or are currently at Kindercare Albany, and we honestly couldn’t love it more. The teachers are so kind, caring, and just genuinely lovely people who treat the kids like their own. There are even a few teachers there who taught me and my brothers (at a different Kindercare centre) when we were younger, so that’s saying something. Our eldest is now at school, and we’re so grateful for the awesome start he had thanks to his time here. The centre has always felt welcoming, relaxed, and full of warmth - such a great place for little ones to grow and learn. Big thanks to the amazing team for everything you’ve done, and continue to do for our family over the years. Our little ones are so lucky to have you!

   We feel incredibly lucky to have had our kids attend Kindercare Albany. From day one, we were welcomed into a nurturing and safe environment where every child is treated with genuine care and respect. After 8 years of experience with them, I have to say, they are AMAZING! We’ve seen our kids come home smiling, excited to tell us all about their day—and that means everything to us as parents. We’ve also seen the care and love the teachers show every single day - gently comforting upset children with long hugs, patiently explaining what’s right and helping them understand how to make good choices. It’s those small, quiet moments that show just how special this place truly is. The teachers and staffs really go above and beyond—not just to educate, but to make every day fun, engaging, and meaningful. They are exceptionally responsible and attentive, and it's clear they truly love what they do. The routines are well-structured, the communication with parents is excellent, and safety is always a top priority. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for creating such a special place, and we’re so grateful for the beautiful memories you’ve helped create.
