   After our first visit to GCK, we knew it was the right fit for our daughter and family. Two and a half years later, we are incredibly grateful to the dedicated teaching staff for bringing out the best in her and for preparing her so well for school. Being part of the GCK community and participating in the various events throughout the year was also a highlight for us. Simply put, we loved everything about GCK and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a kindy in the area.

   GCK is a friendly and welcoming Kindy. The number of children and families is enough to have many little friends and diversity but small enough that you can know everyone by name. The values based culture, combined with excellent teaching, makes GCK a no brainer when looking for a Kindy in the Eastern Suburbs. It does feel like a big family.

   What makes this kindy so special is that it feels like a family. The team create a welcoming and caring environment and encourage every child to learn and play in line with their interests and at their own pace. The teachers are positive and engaged while also patient and they see the uniqueness in every child. Our daughter enjoys the atmosphere and made friends, quickly. The age spread is 2.5y to 5y and the group is relatively small which creates a very calm, kind, and compassionate environment for the kids. The kindy is affiliated with Glendowie Presbyterian Church, hence Christian values are key pillars of the concept and felt throughout. It's a small kindy with a big heart and we wouldn't want to send our daughter anywhere else.

   My daughter went to GCK for two and half years and she had a fantastic time there. The teachers are very talented and professional caring for the kids and providing the necessary learning every week. Kids had heaps of stuff to do both indoors and outdoors. Kids join a "focus fun club" when they turn four. This is a great programme to transition to school. Also the community of the kindy and families is really nice and the teachers organise a family event every term.

   My daughter attended GCK and just loved it! The teachers are so caring and they really put thought into the activities the kids do each day. When my daughter started school she was very well prepared academically and socially. The environment and people at GCK are just fantastic! Highly recommended.

   Amazing caring teachers,that treat each child with so much love and respect. Everyday they have different activities and opportunities for the little ones to explore and learn. My son absolutely loves this kindy and is so excited in the mornings to go to GCK!

   I consider myself to be a very fussy mom and won't leave my children with just anyone however, I have had such peace of mind leaving my daughter. The teachers are extremely loving, gentle and passionate. My daughter has blossomed being at GCK. I can't recommend GCK enough.

   Our three kids have absolutely LOVED Glendowie Christian Kindy! The teachers and support staff are warm , friendly, professional and so caring of all the children in their care. Learning experiences are diverse and engaging. If you've got a child who loves science experiments, messy play, dressing up and pretend play, or simply being read their favourite book, the staff at GCK have you covered. We have loved every bit of our five years at this kindy and are sad to be leaving for our final child starting school. Thank you, GCK!
