Saw Dr O'Connor who patiently explained what she was going to do and what she was looking at, even called in another Dr for second option, which is reassuring and a good reason to use a specialist clinic. Had a couple of spots come up and I could see a Dr here sooner than I could see my own Dr and found a few to keep an eye on I wasn't even aware of myself and wouldn't have asked about if it wasn't for a full body check. Everyone was nice and friendly and made for a pleasant visit.”

“Was served yesterday by a lovely doctor and nurse Harriet (hope that’s how I spell her name) Sister is absolutely terrified of needles and is very prone to panic attacks and it’s the best experience so far with my sister. “I am so happy that I made that first appointment to see Serena. I had tried acupuncture way back in the past but without great success. But I was at my wits end with the pain I was having in my hip/leg that doctors and osteopaths hadn’t been able to help. The first visit brought so much relief it seemed like magic. I continued to see her and even once that issue was resolved I have seen her for subsequent injures and also general help with my wellbeing. She helped my diverticulosis immensely with Chinese medicine and I have not had a diverticulitis flare in ages which has saved me having to take masses of antibiotics. I will continue to see her (even if I don’t have an issue) for acupuncture, cupping and Chinese medicine, as she helps me so much with my immune system and health and wellbeing. “We were referred to Dr. Debbie and the team at The Skin Vet because my dog Norman decided to make a spontaneous career change to “diver of lost and unknown sticks,” which got us into a bit of a tricky predicament. Thanks to his dive into yucky water, he ended up with two bacterial ear infections. One was cleared by our vet, but despite four sedated ear flushes every two weeks, they couldn’t get rid of the second infection using antibiotic ear drops due to a ruptured eardrum. After dealing with the infection for a good three months, Debbie and Ellie managed to create a safe concoction—and two weeks later, at his check-up, it was all clear! I’m so thankful for such a talented team. They managed my difficult dog like absolute pros and I couldn’t be happier with the service and the result.”
