   I've been seeing Serena for at least 10 years now. She is incredible - look no further for a fantastic acupuncturist. I originally went to her for maintenance and prevention as I was marathon training. From there, she helped me through my pregnancy, including pre-pregnancy and IVF support. I saw her throughout my pregnancy and credit her work for one of the reasons (luck may also be on my side) that I had no morning sickness and overall a very well pregnancy. Since then, she has seen me through many life events and changes and supported my overall wellbeing and health. Serena is a fountain of knowledge - she continues to further her education and practice. She is incredibly dedicated, professional and is just an overall wonderful human being! I'm so grateful to have found Serena.

   I am so happy that I made that first appointment to see Serena. I had tried acupuncture way back in the past but without great success. But I was at my wits end with the pain I was having in my hip/leg that doctors and osteopaths hadn’t been able to help. The first visit brought so much relief it seemed like magic. I continued to see her and even once that issue was resolved I have seen her for subsequent injures and also general help with my wellbeing. She helped my diverticulosis immensely with Chinese medicine and I have not had a diverticulitis flare in ages which has saved me having to take masses of antibiotics. I will continue to see her (even if I don’t have an issue) for acupuncture, cupping and Chinese medicine, as she helps me so much with my immune system and health and wellbeing. Serena just makes you feel comfortable and really cares. Visits are my treat to myself. Would recommend her highly to anyone. So glad I found her!

   Serena is amazing! Not only is she one of the loveliest most genuine people, but she is a true professional with loads of knowledge. I had terrible morning sickness when I started seeing her and with regular treatments she was able to ease those awful feelings so I could get through the day. When I was 39 weeks she gave me a treatment to encourage labour and that evening I went into labour! I couldn’t be more grateful for having come across Serena, and I can’t wait for more treatment in 2023

   Serena is a skilled pediatric acupuncturist and very easy to work with. My 11 yr old daughter had intense eczema. Serena worked with a direct, gentle manner easing any nervousness about the needles. Her approached was relaxed, and my daughter was surprised needles could produce such a calm and peaceful effect. She asks to go back to acupuncture even though her severe eczema completely cleared up.

   I initially looked into Accupuncture as an alternative way to help myself and my body through my fertility journey. We had been unsuccessful in falling pregnant for years and had also had a late miscarriage during this period so we were keen to try anything to see if it would help. Not only did Serena ease my mind and support me to be relaxed and open she shared practical advice and became very in tune with my needs. I saw Serena every few weeks for 7 months and every time I left I felt a huge sense of peace. I would highly recommend Serena to anyone who is on their own fertility journey. She has been a calm in a very stormy sea.

   I think it says a lot when a visit to the acupuncturist is one of the highlights of the week, but Serena provides a short retreat from the world and its concerns. Serena is empathetic, highly skilled, professional and, yes, serene. She soon got to the core of my presenting problem and sorted out a few other issues while she was at it. Acupunture is safe, painless and works on a deeper level than conventional medicine but the results speak for themselves. I'm very happy with my treatment with her and will miss my visits.
