   Have gone to another LCNZ clinic for the last 2 years before moving here, and I was happy with their service, but Bayfair is next level. Maia looked after me, and was so friendly and so thorough. I am beyond impressed!

   I have been going to laser clinics New Zealand Bayfair for over a year now and every time I go, the staff are always so lovely and helpful. They Make the experience comfortable and welcoming. The service is quite fairly priced and I have gotten great results. I would highly recommend!

   I have about 8 treatments so far. Two of those occasions I have been seen on time. Every other time I have been kept waiting between 5 and 15 minutes. Not once did I complain. Not once was I told “sorry to keep you waiting “. I didn’t mind. I understand. Today I was precisely 5 minutes late and I was told they couldn’t see me. I was told there would be a problem with the availability of rooms. There were three standing there, having a chat, clearly not busy. Clearly lying , just couldn’t be bothered. All the times I’ve been kept waiting with not one complaint and when I’m only 5 minutes late to be cancelled and lied to is infuriating. There is no continuity of who you see. Or whether they even talk. If I didn’t ask how they were and have you had a good day etc no words would be spoken sometimes. Really sorry I recommended this place now to two friends. I want my money back now and to go somewhere else.

   Tayla is always amazing no matter what procedure she's doing. She's super thorough, and does her job better than anyone else I've been to. The chick that does the coolsculpting is always really lovely too. Clinic is always very clean and maintained.

   Girls all generally lovely, professional new management has been a delight. There is frequently a tall therapist there however with brown hair, around 40. One tone voice and poor customer service skills, however. Service in-room is also needing revision and she seems generally unimpressed or not happy to be there or help at all. Short and abrupt/bored seeming. Clinics are desperate to retain staff it would seem since previous have left apparently, so hold on to the wrong kind or don't call this behaviour out? Disappointed she feels so comfortable to behave in such a manner. :/

   Nurse Hannah is a real attribute to this clinic, I am so grateful for her expertise and kind genuine nature. She has looked after me so well during my injectable and botox journey, never recommending more than I need and always making sure I am happy with my result. She is honest, patient focused and dedicated to making sure you look your absolute best - I highly recommend her to anyone considering this beauty option. Also, the clinic manager Maia is super excellent, client focused, and recently helped me out with my laser purchases - which I was so grateful for. I feel that I am in good hands with Laser Clinics Bayfair and highly recommend this team to anyone on their beauty journey. Definitely give them a go! x RM
