   The doctors are probably OK. I would not know because since they dont answer the phone and dont respond to messages or emails its impossible to get an appointment. Its really quite rude.

   Absolutely guarentee you best service ever. I went there today. Dr Michael Sawbuck is specialist I visited. He was through, caring and has a great sense of humour. He viewed my entire body, laid my worse fear to rest, burned of skin that had a potential to turn nasty down the line. He took time to explain things and I left there feeling 100%. Highly recommended.

   Have been going to my Drs for 3 years with zero results - I called this place to see if it was appropriate for my condition - the receptionist had zero knowledge and told me to go back to my doctor and get a referral and that is the only way to get in. No thanks I’m gone.

   Honestly the worst experience of healthcare I have ever had. Charged me thousands of dollars then basically told me to go away when they couldn’t resolve the issue. Their treatments only made my condition worse; I developed topical steroid addiction and had to go through withdrawal, had regular flare ups for years afterwards, I ended up having to see several specialists before finding relief. I couldn’t leave the house for weeks in end. It was an absolute nightmare and they had no empathy. I cannot stress enough what a terrible mistake it was that I ever saw this place.

   Good experience. Dr John Snow is the only dermatologist that I have had any results with and he takes my preferences into account. He is super knowledgeable and focused on making the patient feel better and be able to live as normal a life as possible. Also Mary-Lou is the best receptionist! She is amazing with people and very kind and understanding.

   Would not recommend the appointment experience that I had to anyone. If you want someone to help you with finding the root cause, understanding how to take care of your own health and taking holistic health into consideration, then perhaps look from somewhere else.
