My son booked an appointment as he has a skin condition for some years now, GP’s could not help. Only to be called back and said they don’t do that and he has to go see his doctor. We thought this what the Skin Institute is all about. Disappointing!
I saw Dr Coran Turner to check my many skin spots for cancer. I found Dr Turner very professional but also kind and sincere. It was a very positive and reassuring appointment. I would 100% recommend this doctor.
I have had an excellent experience dealing with the team at the Dunedin clinic. With everything that I was going through they were all extremely supportive and very professional with great communication and extra advice when I needed it. Dr Turner was so knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. Lovely nurses with great experience that made my day better during a worrying time. They also processed my claims with my insurance provider which made that side of it very easy. See you in 6 months for a check up. Thank you for everything
My husband had an appointment last year for a lesion on his leg. The dermatologist was confident she could fix it - 6 months and 2 treatments later and lesion is worse. Initial consultation cost over $400 and they want over $200 for follow-up appointment! Really disappointed - won't be going back
Inexperienced dermatologist, lack of patient centered care and was not helpful. Would not go back again.
