   I had my first ever Brazilian and underarm laser appointment on Friday with Isla. She made me feel so comfortable, and was so thorough when explaining the entire process. She went into a lot of detail, outlining the scientific information on how it works and what to expect. She was so kind and made me feel really comfortable even though I was getting my first ever Brazilian. I was very well informed about pre and post care to ensure I get the best results. I could not recommend her and this clinic enough!

   I've been coming here for a while now for laser hair removal and have always found the staff very lovely, helpful, and professional. I also got botox for the first time here with the injectables specialist Kritika. I was feeling nervous and hesitant, but she put me at ease, explained everything thoroughly, was so knowledgeable and I am in LOVE with the result. Highly recommend coming here for any treatment!

   My experience with Laser Clinics was disappointing and concerning. One of the biggest issues I noticed was the complete lack of proper skincare education. For a business that claims they are "skin experts," I expected clear information about the treatments, possible side effects, and what kind of aftercare would be needed. Instead, I was rushed through the process with little explanation, which left me feeling unsure and unprepared. I overheard staff more concerned about their bonuses, which was tacky and lacked decorum. Skincare should never be treated as a quick sales transaction, but that’s exactly how it felt. Staff seemed more focused on pushing packages than taking the time to educate clients about what would work best for their individual skin needs. This not only shows poor customer care but also raises questions about safety and professionalism. For the price being charged, I believe clients deserve thorough guidance, realistic expectations, and support throughout the process. Sadly, Laser Clinics fell well short of this, and I cannot recommend them

   I bought a lazer hair removal bundle deal in March 2022 over the web. Before my treatment ended in three months, the staff reminded me and told me about the expired months, and I asked them to book me a couple of treatments before the bundle deal expired. The person who booked my appointment also reminded me that if it were once a month, I would have two treatments left that I could no longer use due to expiration. I agreed and asked her again to book my treatment before the expiration date so that I would not have to pay for a single treatment. But after my treatment today, the front desk staff asked me to pay for this appointment because my bundled transaction had expired last week. It was very unreasonable that I had to pay for their staff's mistake.

   I booked in a sitting for hydrafacial on call with a discounted price as i couldn't do it online. That lady who booked me in didnt tell me that this price is not applicable of the deal ends, even after I confirm the price twice. The day I walked in for my treatment they charged me the actual price of 219$ even after asking why am I getting this price as i booked it on the same day of discounted price, the reception lady started processing the efpost machine saying call appointment cant catch up with sale prices. What a horrible experience I had just now, she was just putting machine on my face to pay it and didnt even responded to my queries. Never ever visit here again or recommend it to anyone.
