“Was served yesterday by a lovely doctor and nurse Harriet (hope that’s how I spell her name) Sister is absolutely terrified of needles and is very prone to panic attacks and it’s the best experience so far with my sister. Best experience with needles so far, didn’t even realise she had multiple needle pricks throughout the removal of the lesion, that’s how great Harriet was (also the doctor). “We were referred to Dr. Debbie and the team at The Skin Vet because my dog Norman decided to make a spontaneous career change to “diver of lost and unknown sticks,” which got us into a bit of a tricky predicament. Thanks to his dive into yucky water, he ended up with two bacterial ear infections. One was cleared by our vet, but despite four sedated ear flushes every two weeks, they couldn’t get rid of the second infection using antibiotic ear drops due to a ruptured eardrum. After dealing with the infection for a good three months, Debbie and Ellie managed to create a safe concoction—and two weeks later, at his check-up, it was all clear! I’m so thankful for such a talented team. They managed my difficult dog like absolute pros and I couldn’t be happier with the service and the result.”

Anyone visiting the clinic should ask for the general health advice regardless of what problems they are having. Dr Cha and Alice, the aroma therapist, are the most down to earth people. Unlike most other clinics having exact 30 mins consultation booking, Dr Cha and Alice wouldn't mind taking more time during the consultation even if you have the most complicated health issues as long as you get the best treatment and service.
