“TOA have a fantastic group of friendly trainers who are welcoming and supportive regardless of fitness or CrossFit experience level. Their 6 week challenge was a great way for me to re-ignite my fitness regime with good support around both the fitness and nutritional aspects. I saw really quick results, so good motivation to stick at it and see it through! Would definitely recommend TOA and their 6 week challenge to anyone who has the opportunity to consider it. “The staff here were very accommodating after I had mistakenly booked wheelchair tickets for the Commodores concert as someone who's not physically disabled. They switched up our seats with some empty seats and allowed me and my partner to still sit together. The centre is very nice and comfortable, and there is free water from the fountain.”

“Hawkins Theatre in Papakura is now open after refurbishment. Hawkins theatre is a great place to meet with friends and enjoy each others company while catching a movie, school performances, Dane competitions, events and awards, The Glow Show, or a fun time with Operatunity!! You can purchase ice-cream, coffee, biscuits, or wine at the bar. You can take them into the theatre with you also. If you are a senior and purchase your tickets online for the movies, currently they are only $10:00. Hawkins theatre is also a lovely place to take the grandchildren/mokopuna for the movies anytime. There is often a Ladies night, which costs $24 or $26 depending if you purchase in advance or at the door. Thus usually involves a chick flick(however some me do attend) a drink of any kind and an ice-cream. A great deal. Here are a few photos of the April program to pique your interest.”

“Really delivered with this 2001 IMAX experience. On the bigger side of imax screens and even tho it's only 4k the clarity was still really good (If your wondering how large placing your phone to your nose is about how big it is) Sound setup was truly amazing too as well as the seating, pay that extra for the reclining bring in a blanket and I'd pass out on those chairs. And portions here are crazy jumbo drink is 1L and the popcorn is like a 3-4L bucket completely filled got through like a quarter. If anyone is thinking about outside food, they aren't that strict about it here which is something I like I've never had issues bringing in some whittakers, box of magnums etc. as long as the packaging isn't loud and you buy at least something at the bar they are pretty chill.”

“Great fun for all ages. My daughters loved the pony rides. They were a bit nervous, but the people working the pony rides were so nice and made my girls comfortable and have an awesome time. Lots of other beautiful and interesting animals to see and feed.”

“I really enjoy the Hoyts Lux experience. Its obvious the higher end of expense but we use as a treat every now and then. What i particularly enjoy is the personalised attention from when you are greeted at the door right through to ordering food and drinks. Its nice to feel special once in a while sitting in a recliner, drinking a cold alcoholic beverage and waiting for the sliders to arrive. Its definitely the highlight of my week.”

“The upgrades to this facility are fantastic. It's clean, the animals are well cared for and happy, and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The map is well laid out with plenty of play areas sprinkled throughout, as well as restrooms and snack opportunities. Disability access is decent, but there are some steep areas. The cafe is good, with a smaller outlet next to the playground. There is a decent selection of gluten and dairy free snacks, as well as alternative milks for surprisingly good coffee.”

“Been here many times. Parking can be a little hard to find when town is open, so arrive early to give yourself time to find a park etc. This visit was for the Pink Floyd experience Fantastic night. Great set up. Clean facilities.”
