   I've never been to town hall cinemas because the tickets I ordered still haven't arrived. website quotes 1-2 days for delivery. it's been a week and I still don't have them. I ordered them for a birthday, which I have now missed. cinema has been unresponsive to resolve this issue apart from providing a tracking number for a courier. You'd think they could at least stop misrepresenting their delivery timeframes

   We go to this cinema at least once a month. Good service. Sometimes brings in coffee once seated. Opportunities to buy books of tickets at a discount. Get a free movie pass after every 7 movies through Cinema club. If movie in the small cinema, it pays to book over the phone.
