Great venue...saw Celtic Christmas dance show. Fabulous!!. Loved the ushers coming around at intermission with refreshments to purchase. Brought back memories, back in the day at the movies with icecreams and jaffas being brought around at halftime. Unfortunately no parking available at present.
Currently attending the Jazz Festival in Tauranga for 3 days...because of bad weather they had shifted the Easter Friday concerts from the Historic village to Baycourt Community Centre...What an absolute amazing venue this was... the staff were super friendly and utmost helpful... very well maintained and must say the auditorium was absolute top notch... Would definitely and highly recommend this venue to those who haven't been here before....
First time at this venue, and was lucky enough to experience the Queen, It's a Kind of Magic show. Parking friendly on a Saturday night, the venue was easily accessible and well laid out. Pleasant staff, with hassle-free entry and comfortable seating. The show was loud, energetic and so much fun! Wouldn't hesitate to enjoy other shows there. Top marks for a great night.
Enjoyed the show immensely. Seating was good but disappointed the 2 seats we thought together when booked online actually ended up 1 on each side of the isle. Not a well planned out foyer becoming over crowded quickly resulting in poor access to doorways to theatre mixed in with those partaking in drinks. But Staff were both friendly & helpful. Otherwise a nice theatre.
The seating is tiered so you get a good view from almost any spot. I went with friends to the NZ Youth Choir, lunchtime free concert fantastic voices and a great program...all 4 of us really enjoyed it.
An excellent venue! Comfortable seats, great views of the stage, well equipped bar and friendly staff. There could be more toilets to avoid long queues but otherwise we absolutely loved watching The Ten Tenors at Baycourt. Looking forward to coming again soon.
Recently attended two events here at Baycourt. ABBA and swan lake Ballet. Both were amazing shows. Loved the atmosphere and staff were all cheerful and helpfull.
Been here many times. Parking can be a little hard to find when town is open, so arrive early to give yourself time to find a park etc. This visit was for the Pink Floyd experience Fantastic night. Great set up. Clean facilities.
