“Went to Hello Vietnam last for phở . We got the beef special. That was one of the best phở we have had including during our recent trip to Vietnam. Today we went back for bánh mì and cà phê sữa đặc. The fillings and taste of the bánh mì are truly authentic. The size is a bit bigger than in nam. We could only eat one between us, the other came home for dinner. The coffee was superb. We will be back for certain.”

It’s difficult to put into words how divine the gardens and ambience was. Then comes out the food which was fresh and flavoursome. I would definitely recommend this experience.”

The restaurant itself is warm and inviting, with a lovely, authentic atmosphere. The flavors are so fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced. The food is rich and creamy with just the right amount of spice, and traditional Thai dishes are tangy, sweet, and packed with flavor. The service is always top-notch. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Portion sizes are very generous, offering great value for money. Without a doubt, this is the best Thai food in North Canterbury. We can't wait to come back and work our way through the rest of the menu. Highly, highly recommend! A must-visit!”
“Outstanding customer service, friendly, staff followed through with my complicated order. Then to our surprise we were overwhelmed with the attention to detail. I personally loved the micro greens and swirl of beetroot for presentation. All three of us gave five stars for the size and taste of our brunch. Coming from Christchurch for the short drive was well worth it. You won’t be disappointed!”
“First visit in this Japanese restaurant in the lunch time. We arrived early and few customers were already inside. This is one of the few authentic Japanese cuisine restaurants in town. As you enter, it seems like you are in Japan, great decorations, long bar featuring traditional customs. Food came quickly, we ordered some chicken karage for our chidren, my wife ordered salmon with salad and me lamen. All tasted fantastically nice, soft rice and well seasoned. Owners are Japanese, that explains much of the quality and precision. Looking for another good experience in the future.”
