It was a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. 2. The room was clean, neat, tidy and very spacious. The bed was comfortable. 3. The air-con was powerful and cold. 4. The attached toilet and bathroom was clean and spacious too. The water pressure and drainage was good. They provided bath and face towels. 5. The wifi was stable. 6. Lisa was very polite and friendly. She is a great host. 7. They provided simple breakfast such as bread, cereal, yoghurt, jam, etc. 8. Car can be parked at the front porch area. 9. There are some eateries about 2-3 minutes’ drive away.”

“A comfortable, well equipped 2-bedroom unit underneath the main house. Full kitchen and also has washing machine and dryer. The steps down from the street to the unit are manageable with luggage. However, the unit doesn't claim to be nor is it set up for people with physical disabilities and the steps might be problematic for that situation. The unit is well-located high just a 2-minute drive down the hill to the Dunedin CBD. But if you don't have a car, be prepared for a steep 10-15 minute walk back up the hill.”

They’re very knowledgeable about life on Waiheke Island and gave us lots of helpful recs for our whole trip through New Zealand.
