Kitty is a wonderful host and incredible baker! She made home made sourdough bread and cinnamon rolls, as well as brioche and crescents! She also has many helpful recommendations for how to spend your time in Napier. House is way up in the hills overlooking Napier and the ocean. The accommodations are wonderful and try to stick to the art deco theme in the entire town!
What a beautiful place! We only had two nights a Bluff Hill and I wish we could have stayed longer. We were staying in the little self-contained cottage. Though small, it had everything we needed, including our own little veranda. It was lovely sitting out there in the afternoon sunshine. Kitty is a great host. Her attention to detail to make sure we had a great stay was welcomed. She provided us with information on short tours around Napier. And very important: she is a great baker! We had some wonderful pastries and homemade sourdough bread for breakfast! Thanks very much!
In a beautiful setting with a lovely and helpful hostess how could we not enjoy our stay! Kitty and Peter have set up a comfortable and beautifully designed accommodation. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast.
An amazing home base for exploring Napier! We stayed in the downstairs studio and loved it. Totally private from the rest of the house with a modern bathroom and cosy bedroom and sitting room. Set right next to the forested gully it’s a very peaceful place to stay. Very close to town and the Ahuriri side of the hill too. Highly recommend staying here as Kitty is a great host and the room is splendid

Kitty, the host, and her hubby are really friendly. Kitty makes the yummiest sourdough bread, granola and fruit croissants for breakfast. The cottage is very quaint, quiet, and comfortable. Great place to stay, and quite handy to Ahuriri central
Kitty's breakfast were fantastic. Each morning we were presented with her fantastic bread baking. Kitty is a lovely welcoming host, nothing was a problem. The location is quiet and is an excellent base for exploring what Napier has to offer. We have already booked for another stay.

Lovely place to stay just out of the township, great service the complimentary homemade pastries were amazing and the heated pool was very nice. The driveway was a bit narrow for my suv but there was enough room to turn around so no complaints. Would visit again if ever in the area. Thank you kitty for the hospitality
