“Ordered the chilli scram and it was really good! The spring onions and chillis were a great addition, and added depth and flavour to the dish. The scrambled eggs themselves were velvety and delicious, and the sourdough underneath was buttered and toasted to perfection. The rest of the table seemed to really enjoy their meals as well! The atmosphere here is lively but not too loud, so none of us struggled to have conversations and hear one another. Overall, a great experience and we'll be back :)”

“These guys are the place to go. Every time. Years ago my friend sent me to their other shop to buy a battery. I had the battery for 2 and 1/2 years before I sold the car with it in it. At the time the battery cost me $30. I but tyres that other places try to charge me 3 times the price. Today we purchased 2 very good tires for $80. They will last us a couple of years. I always buy our tires here. Any part the have never let me down in 15 years.”

“Delicious Pick Your Own Raspberries and Boysenberries ($4 entry + $18 per kilo)! They also sell real fruit icecream for $7.5 and a range of other products. Staff are very friendly (as is the cute dog). Now is a fantastic time to visit, though the blackberry season has finished. So much quality berries available! Highly recommend the experience if you're in the area.”

“We experienced a flat tyre on our way back to Rotorua, but fortunately, I had exited the expressway before the situation worsened, and by chance, I luckily found myself in front of the Super Liquor Sandhurst store at 8:50 pm on Tuesday, October 1st, 2024. I enquired inside where the closest service station was. However, without hesitation, and kindness, Damo offered his assistance to change the tyre when he had closed up the store. I felt truly grateful for the willingness of your staff member, Damo, who readily assisted to help us in this situation. His exceptional customer service skills and ability to connect with people set a new standard. I mentioned I wanted to learn to change a tyre and my daughters also. Damo had the patience of a saint and taught us. He earned legendary status as a truly selfless individual. Needless to say, we arrived home without incident. We are very appreciative. “I'm vision impaired and struggled to read their menu (Very small print with fancy font). It's very busy and I found it difficult to read what they had. It also says online that they make vegan Mac n cheese etc however when I asked they only had soups and fresh sandwiches, tacos etc. The chipotle taco, soup and sandwich I had on two separate occasions were delicious and the fact they cater for vegans and vegetarians is amazing. Seems alternative eating has gone backwards everytime I visit NZ however this place is amazing.”
