   I paid in cash at this store today, but the staff had a very poor attitude. They refused to provide me with a receipt and even complained that I was wasting their time. A receipt is a basic proof of purchase and should not be denied just because of the payment method. If the store does not want to issue receipts for cash payments, they should inform customers in advance — I could have simply paid by card instead. Very disappointing service.

   Kosco Homebase Shirley is such a fantastic Asian supermarket. The staff are helpful and friendly and they have an amazing range of products! Down the back is a butchery and fish mongers with whole fish and fillets, with sashimi too, while the butchery has a good selection of meat and frozen items for hot pot. I love visiting Kosco Homebase, the products, the smells - it actually makes me want to travel!

   Nothing special, the place looks tired but they maintain it quite well. It has a lot of Japanese sauces, seasoning. They display prices nicely, almost all stuff tagged correctly. Plenty of parking.

   Great place, it’s cool to find some veggies so you can make your kimchi, all the spices, dumplings stuff, sushi (would love more nori selection tho), tofu, grains .. and they are always someone happy to help if you ask. The location it’s convenient so you can Parc and go to errands around when you need to :)
