   Had a pair of shorts which fell apart around the rear zipper after just under 30 days of use. When I tried to return them, I was told they would need to be sent away for inspection, which could take up to 4 weeks due to the holiday period. I then contacted the Silverdale store, who advised they would simply swap them over as per policy. This saved me weeks of waiting. Disappointing inconsistency in service.

   What an incredible shopping experience at North Beach yesterday. After spending the morning shopping around the Albany Mega Centre, I was feeling that customer service was definitely lacking. In several stores, staff seemed distracted by phone calls or computers and generally gave the impression that they didn’t want to be there. In one shop, I even needed help and no one showed any interest in assisting. Walking into North Beach was a complete contrast. I was immediately greeted by friendly, energetic staff who were genuinely interested in their customers. Everyone was attentive, helpful, and created such a fun, welcoming vibe. It was clear that the team was happy and wanted to be at work. Outstanding customer service from the entire team, and congratulations to the managers for creating such a positive and engaging environment. We will always come back here.

   If I could give 10 stars I would. I received excellent customer service from every member of staff. From their phone manner to in store assistance, the level of professionalism and genuine care from your team is unmatched. The stand out star was the lovely Grace who was so helpful and kind. I hope your boss gives you all an amazing Xmas party this year cause you all deserve it!!

   Horrible customer service. This one girl with half white and brown/black hair openly laughed to another male coworker about my friend who was trying on a simple hoodie. Little to no respect for customers. Very disappointed in my experience today at Albany. Going to stick with silverdale from now on as staff aren’t rude.

   Wow, shocking. The whole management seems to be run by unprofessional people. The casuals are not allowed to put through sales, so all they do is wonder around like animals getting bossed around by the managers. They dont seem to dignify their casual contracted employees. A girl who helped me with purchases had to climb up the ladder many times, id say more than 8 times within the span of my trip there, to see her get mistreated by the managers in plain sight really bothers me as a regular customer. She was sweating and seemed so tired and overworked. These casual workers have more stress than full timers. They study and on their break days they come work to get mistreated by the full timers. They are vulnerable people! North Beach, you should take care of the part time and casuals, make sure they dont get picked on by the full-timers and managers. I witnessed a short haired manager literally talk so rudely to what i presume is a part timer who wasnt allowed to put my transaction through because, “youre a temporary”, and saying infront of my face, “ok go put this away” pretty much throwing a unit of clothing in her face. Everyone should be treated the same and the fact the management flaws were expressed in volumes to my trip at the Albany brach really shows how low some of these managers are picking on these students and seemingly taking advantage of them.

   This store really does have the best staff and when they have sales on you truly get the best bargains surprisingly for the brands. I've been very stoked with the attitude of the staff and the prices of their vans. They've got the best mens pants and shorts I've found too. Definitely worth going out to the store and checking out their gear. And keep an eye out for the sales cause they truly are worth it.
