The staff were helpful without being pushy, and the click-and-collect process was seamless.    Service is great. The only thing which I would love you guys to improve on is to give enough notice before the delivery. We were to at the time of purchase 7 to 10 but it was delivered within 2 days and they notified us via phone call just few hours before that the goods will be delivered. Overall I enjoy shopping at Trade depot

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Amazing service! Purchased an air cooler from Trade Depot using Afterpay in the evening and was honestly shocked at how fast it arrived - delivered early the next morning! The delivery driver was awesome too. He couldn’t access the original business address, but he contacted me and delivered it straight to my home shortly after. Super helpful, professional, and hassle-free. 10/10 service — highly recommend!

   Fantastic service!!! I had an oven in a rental property in Rotorua that stopped working. The serviceman came the same day that I emailed abut the issue. They couldn't get access to it so returned the next week and replaced the oven which was just over one year old. Their email follow up during the process was outstanding. I was impressed, their after sale service was far better than I had hoped it would be

   What a breath of fresh air to have a company stand behind it's product. We presented a dishwasher that had two fault codes appear in a week within it's 24 month warranty period. The company straight swapped the item on the spot. Thanks Lisa and Lara. Amazing customer service. Absolutely recommend Trade Depot and will be back for next purchase.

   I bought a fridge and a washing machine ，the experience is so terrible！ The delivery is very very ……slowly, it needed 3weeks ，we have to take the washing machine by myself first ，after 3 weeks ，fridge got，delivery man put the yard directly，then left. we moved the pack,then found the motor was visible，amazing…… It's not like a company in NZ

   Bought vogue washing machine 2 days ago $1000, firstly delays in shipment and then machine part failure in second use and it flooded my whole garage and damaged my electrical equipments. Called team they disconnect, went to showroom they said its an accident we are not liable and now trying to chat with them. They discontinued chat when i asked questions. Never ever buy anything from this store. There products are cheap but not reliable. Customer service is very very very very poor. Next step is consumer court for me now.
