If you’re looking for Indian vegetables, this is a great place to shop at reasonable prices. There are also good food options available if you get hungry while shopping. Parking is usually available, but since it’s a busy market, traffic moves slowly around the parking area.

Best place to buy vegetables and fruits. There are multiple food stalls of different cuisines so your breakfast is sorted. You get to buy variety of fresh vegetables, fruits and eggs for a better price. It can also be nice picnic spot if you take your kids along.

The Lower Hutt market opens from early morning till early afternoon. Take your time to walk around and take notice of the prices. We got some vegetables cheaper at the other end. There's plenty of fresh produce and cooked food for breakfast. We parked on the street, but there are also plenty of carparks if you drive inside towards the market.

A nice scenic place to visit, and the farmer’s market nearby is one of the best places to buy your weekly veggies at a reasonable price!

The best place to buy all your fruits, vegetables, greens and a lot more. They are very fresh and directly from the farmers. So farmers are also getting a good rate and we get it from them for cheap prices. For example the red, green and all types of lettuce will only cost 2$ a bunch which is at least 50% cheaper than your super markets. There are some awesome food trucks too with amazing indian food. You also get to buy Indian veggies.

Very nice open market. Unlike New Lynn one in Auckland, it is clean. Unlike the Farmers (so-called) "market" in Riccarton a Christchurch, it is an actual market (the Riccarton one is just a fancy food court). The food looks plenty and good quality. They have good price as well. The location next to the river itself makes it a good spot for stopping by the river if you want to entratain kids. Easily highly recommended.
