Our wonderful teacher, Monique’s warmth, understanding, and encouragement create a welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable, regardless of ability or experience. “I’ve been a member of this gym for a while now, and I’ve really grown to love it. It’s small but very well fit out. The owner is the nicest person in Miramar. The gym has a great community around it. And it’s enormously convenient as a professional working on the peninsula. I highly recommend this gym!”

“Great spot with plenty for kids and families-Junglerama, Jumperama, Cyberpunk, Clip ’n Climb, and the arcade. It’s not the cheapest day out, but it definitely wears the kids out and creates some great memories. The café food is pretty average, but fine for a quick drink and some hot chips.”

“Attending Sarah's and liz's classes over the past 3 months have been amazingly beneficial to my wellbeing. The focus for me was on improving my flexibility , core strength and also finding a more meditative approach to exercise . The location itself is serene!! We get a personalised approach to the yoga and I also feel challenged!! I highly recommend these classes.”

“Nice simple play grounds with appropriate excercise equipment with everything that is required to do a basic workout or more. It is located in Woolston Park which is a nice open space to do other sports and excercise. It's a nice park as not many people use it but has all the good facilities and are well maintained.”
“Great to have something besides kids playgrounds. Off course these are also very important to the community.. But this fitness are, located on 2 corners of the park.. Provides very good opportunities for a decent upper body workout using your own weight. Also you could do jogs/runs from one corner to the other corner to have a cardio component as well. Ready to pump?”
“A friendly, fun and very caring community club with international grade professional rhythmic gymnastics coaching. Club athletes here includes very young beginners right through to athletes on the New Zealand Rhythmic Gymnastics Team. Definitely worth a look!”
