   Rosana's musculoskeletal work and soft tissue/fascia release is absolutely amazing. She has an exceptionally well developed sense of touch and marries it with an excellent knowledge/training base. I really like that she honours the process of releasing musculoskeletal issues gently and avoids inflammatory responses that can pop up with aggressive techniques. I love what's happening to my body from working with her and the physical/functional awareness she has already supported me in finding using her knowledge and skills.    I highly recommend Rosana to anyone that has any musculoskeletal issues. I was in pain and felt that my body was not functioning properly and I attended one on one sessions with Rosana and saw ( and felt) a HUGE difference from the first session, Rosana showed me whenever my body was unable to go into a stretch and pinpointed the imbalances and gave me stretches and worked with me to change my habitual posture! I am so impressed and amazing at the change in me ! I am no longer in pain and my body remembers the correct way that it should work , I am more aware of my posture than ever before.
