I had a great time at my appointment; a good chat and a laugh all while Rosanna was very professionally treating me. She was kind and gentle, and was clear about what she needed to do to me, and we worked through a plan of what I needed to be doing to keep myself healthy. Through her help my issue resolved. And while I hope I don't injure myself again, if I do I'd see her again in a heartbeat.
I met Roseanna years ago- never knew she is a physiotherapist. But as we accidentally met again. This time I had heavy shoulder problems, could not figure what the problem was - she was just on my side- did a great job on my shoulder - just 2-3 days for about 45 min. and that honestly helped my a lot. I forgot about the pain and it got better and better. She is just a wonderful person and one of the best physiotherapists I know. And I am a Fitness Trainer- so I know what I am talking about. Excellent Lower Hutt based Physio. Twisted my knee running, and got an appointment straight away the next day after I called them. Nice. They took good care in diagnosing the injury, and presented a range of physiotherapy type strengthening and recovery exercises. Good recovery. Incorporating a lot more strengthening and stretches into my routine now! Been to a few physiotherapists over the years, this one I fully recommend!
