I’ve been a member of this gym for a while now, and I’ve really grown to love it. It’s small but very well fit out. The owner is the nicest person in Miramar. The gym has a great community around it. And it’s enormously convenient as a professional working on the peninsula. I highly recommend this gym!
I went to my first pole class (beginners) and it was super empowering, fun and a good workout! Daniella was so welcoming along with the other people in class. Funnest thing i have done in AGES and Im hooked! Cant wait till next class!!! If you're nervous or on the fence, doooo it!!! It was way better than expected!
This is the best gym in Miramar! I've been training here for almost one and a half years and I'm the healthiest I've been in years. I've done multiple bootcamps, worked with a PT for about a year, and lately have been taking part in the classes with Daniela. If you want to just pop in with no plan, then there are also usually heaps of exercise routines on the chalk board you can do. Easy parking in the front, great changing rooms with showers, excellent range of equipment. Staff are all awesome and friendly. Due to it being a smaller size gym you will likely get to know a lot of the great people who go here too!
Daniela is a fantastic teacher! The classes are so much fun, I highly recommend the skip and tone class which gets you into a sweat and works your whole body. The HIIT classes are brilliant as well and each session is different so it's always stimulating.
Great gym, friendly staff, open space, fun classes, and overall great place to be! I highly recommend going here. If you ever need help, or have a question, the owner and PT Daniela, and other personal trainers there are ready to help you. This gym also offers pole classes. Something hard to find in the eastern suburbs. You don’t have to worry about paying for parking or finding parking because it’s all right in front. Check it out. Have a sweat, and a chat, and a good laugh :) Also! You can have birthday parties here! Not just for kids :)
