“Great variety and quality of food and drinks, clean facilities, great shopping, nice staff, Tesla chargers just outside, great indoor and outdoor seating, great foods from menu or display cabinet, highly recommend”
Havelock North Club keeps things simple, bistro-style and focused on flavour. Music and pace keep a casual tone. Front‑of‑house runs with calm, helpful energy. Plates offer plenty without tipping heavy.
“Nice park and beautiful old trees.. small but everything you need .. little playground and room for dogs to play.. I like the exercise equipment there that's free to use”

“Great place. It's very relaxing to watch the games. They have lots of courts for different sports.”
“Lovely staff who always greet you with a smile! Was able to grab a lot of wool for a cheap price and the needles only cost me $1. Really like going here as prices are decent for an op shop and you know you're money is going to something that truly will make an impact. Prices are fair at this store and aren't inflated. Items in store rotate quickly so when you see something you like grab it quickly because chances are, it won't be there the next time you go in.”
“Grabbed a pair trail running boots, great service. Friendly staff. Always helpful.”
“Great place to go 5 stares would recommend”
“It's got a nice garage theme, but not uncomfortably. Tyre tread on walls, giant screw driver, nice mechanic theme. It's quite unique.”
“Went without a reservation as it is our first time in a while, Waris helped us secure the closest reservation. Jess was helpful with the orders, we ordered a “spider” which is no longer in the menu and it arrived! Waris accommodated to our dietary guidelines (halal) and helped taking our photos at the restaurant. Overall, we had a great time!”
“It's a funny old place, a park. I mean what do you park? A car, and it's stationary. What did I see at the park? Glorious movement. A league team training, a cricket team playing, a person taking his dog for a run on a bike. What the hell does park mean? Bloody Beaut, a sanctuary in the suburbs.”
“Great place for a walk. Peaceful, quiet n relaxing. Overlooks Maungarei/Mount Wellington”
“Nice play to sit and read your book or eat your lunch. Hurstmere Green is now an environment offering open spaces for events and entertainment, and better flow between Takapuna's shopping area and the beachfront.”
“Love this park, massive shaded area between playground (station road) and skatepark (taka street)”
“What a reserve. Named after princess Diana. She would have loved it if she was still alive”
“There should be a mat track around the entire ground.”
“Have been trying to find a decent park in the area. Highly recommend this. We brought our 3 kids here for fish n chips and a play. They have outdoor exercise machines. And the playground is super fun. Also nice place to have a picnic.”
“My Son started going to Go bananas Papatoetoe since last 2 months and I am overwhelmed with the care provided at the centre to my 10 month old baby- Special thanks to the teacher Kiran( My Son’s first and favourite teacher) from babies room- She is very kindhearted, very well trained and look after kids as her own. She is so humble and empathetic towards all kids and As a first time mom- that’s what matters all to me. I am very happy that my son is very well settled and enjoying his time at the centre.”
“Great colours of night sky in the hood. Perfect for family walk-in-the -park”

“Chipmunks is awesome. The birthday rooms are light and spacious, the play areas, my daughter loved and said there was so much to do and keep them busy. The staff were lovely, the coffee was good and the food, ice creams and snacks available were great!”
“We held a close family friend's funeral reception at the Kelston Community Centre last week. The facilities were well maintained and modern, the main hall had plenty of space to sit down around rectangular-shaped trestle tables and cater for approx. 100-200 people. The female toilets were clean, well-supplied and kept tidy. There was plenty of free on-site parking. Great venue and location to celebrate special occasions and milestones.”
“Nice park, ample parking. Great for kids. Cool as playground as well as a flat area to cycle and play on. Nice walkway by the stream.”
“Definitely a must to check out if your in the heart of the city, was designed for the rugby World Cup but has since been transformed in a rec centre and exhibition centre as well. Was attacked by a tornado recently so have been sent in to do repair work will post more pics in time for update”
