Great venue to watch hockey! Pity the parking was very hard to find. Allow plenty of time before your event to fund a street park & walk to the game.
Went there for the Matariki Festival.. super cool. Huge space. There were food trucks, live entertainment and even a drone show. It was super muddy because of the rain the night before. Parking all around the park.. i parked near the jockey court.. thankfully it was after hours. Note it is payable otherwise. Other than these, all's good.
Nice place. Really enjoyed my time here. Makes for a great holiday. The surrounding area makes for a great day out and just a nice atmosphere. If you want to go I would recomend it
Great place. It's very relaxing to watch the games. They have lots of courts for different sports.

Such a good facility to train and have a kick around and there is always plenty of space for lots of people to enjoy at one time. Parking is great too.
The under 18 men's hockey tournament was there for the week long of NZ wide games
Another great visit to the artificial turf to watch football. If only the referee and linesmen were a tenth as talented as the players. Really awful decisions handed down.
It has beautiful greenery and mountains around which makes it perfect spot to enjoy games
