Good place to take the grandkids on a rainy day. Different play areas that kept the kids amused allowing us to sit and enjoy our coffee.
The place is very dirty unfortunately particularly the baby area. Dirt, hair and god knows what else all in the nooks and crannies, plasters stuck to equipment and stuff smeared on it. I would say it's probably not even deep cleaned monthly. Such a shame because otherwise it would be great
A suggestable space for indoor games for kids under 11.Ground floor is well arranged with toys ,includes inflatable slide.Ball games with video that is the highlight ,I felt in Chipmunks. Limited space but arranged well to make kids enjoy.Entry fee is reasonable as well as different packages available for big familiarity. Adult and children below 1 has free entry.Chipmunks has its own cafe and birthday party area. Place is well cleaned and kids friendly.Really choosable spot to make kids enjoy when climate is challenging.
Chipmunks is awesome. The birthday rooms are light and spacious, the play areas, my daughter loved and said there was so much to do and keep them busy. The staff were lovely, the coffee was good and the food, ice creams and snacks available were great!
NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY OR ENERGY!! Very rude and staff absolutely need customer service training!! Had an event here and all i can say is be prepared & take some patience with you! We were charged $100 for going over the closing time only because our family chose to help clean up and rearrange their tables back. No sympathy shown EVEN with how we helped out when we could of left it in a mess!! We asked to come in at least 3-5 mins earlier to set up but was told no!! had to come in at the time given but they had the AUDACITY to still have other customers inside chipmunks during the time we had booked and paid for!! So book elsewhere and avoid NEW LYNN CHIPMUNKS!!
Kids loved it. Be prepared to spend the whole day. We were there for over 3.5hrs and they still wanted to keep playing. Decent food serving sizes, pricey but enjoyable.
Place is clean, all areas only thing is is the baby area had big kids playing around the babies as it was hard for them to freely play due to the big kids being rough with equipment.. We had our meals then covered our food in the hopes to go back to eat it and the food was taken away. So I mentioned to the worker she just goes oh .. We had chips,chicken nuggets and a few slices of pizza with cut mango on the side... All gone after I had explained we were going to eat that food she gives us cold chips and cut up small pieces of chicken nuggets like it was someone else's remaining food that they had never finished and that was just tossed in the bin Shocking
The place is clean and entrance fee was affordable, playground design was great but the biggest let down were staff not available to monitor safety and enforcing the rules, examples: I had my 2 year old in the under 4 area, we went early in the morning and there many over 4 year old children playing dangerously in that area such as climbing and jumping on equipment that clearly labels do not climb, adults were observed going up slides where there said no adults allow, the older children dangerously spinning each other in an equipment that are for under 4s, parents in the play areas where shoes should be off. One of our main reasons for visit is a safe place for our toddler to play, however the basic safety was not manage by staff.
We had my son's birthday party there yesterday and everyone had a great time. We got the basic birthday package which was really affordable for 8 kids. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The playground, cafe, toilets, party room were all really clean. The party food (nuggets + hot chips) was nice. Would definitely recommend.
Amazing facilities for babies crawling and walking, also our 7-9 year old enjoyed themselves, everything is clean, all the machines are in working order and we were also greeted and given information when we arrived which is not something Iām used to it was really nice thank you so much
