These beautiful people are run off their feet from the minute they're open right through to most of the day, weekends are chaos for them which says volumes! Their coffee is the best I have ever had creamy & fresh, Caramel latte to be specific, my favourite muffins are the lemon cream cheese which I always get "hot" because that is the way I like them. Their service is great considerating the amount of people lining up waiting to be served. They do the best they can, they're not robots. Highlight for me is always to come here even if I don't need anything from the mall. Hard to find really good Barista's, always my number 1 coffee place. Keep up the awesome work team. “Located groundside at the Auckland Airport's Domestic Terminal in the food court with sushi, noodles and McDonald's, I received friendly service this morning. The last thing I'd eaten was cheese wrap thing on the plane and that was three hours earlier. With a name like "Best Ugly" how could I not? Prices are clearly marked on the large menu board. I opted for the bagel with "house chocolate hazelnut spread" and it did not take long until my name was called. The bagel is served in a paper tray that is super easy to take with you through security if you like but I had time to sit and enjoy it here. Slightly toasted and completely covered in spread, this was a great late breakfast.”

“Needed a couple of random little plumbing bits for work, knew this place would have everything we needed and after a bit of rummaging managed to find exactly what we needed. Saved a couple hundred bucks over buying new. We felt like things were priced pretty fair. Basically what you want to sell things for if you were the seller but still a few bargains in there. Amazing variety of items, you could spend half the day in there! The guy at the counter was friendly, had a nice chat and a laugh when we paid but great how he leaves you to look at things rather than trying be a salesman and bothering you. Love this place, will be back :)”
