felt sick and requested a hot drink, attendant was not clear about which drinks can be made hot and made it seem like what i ordered would be warm. it came out iced and she did not offer to remake it, just repeated that it can only be made iced over and over. i just ended up ordering a warm one, with almond milk as usual. i highly doubt that she used the correct milk despite charging me for it because i had the worst stomachache for hours afterwards. the food was also abysmal in taste, the attendants did not offer to warm it up, and we had to point out that there was a fly in the display case on top of the food that we were about to be served. just because this is the first thing when you enter the gates does not mean you should eat here, walk a bit and find something better. this place will literally make you sick and the bad attitude of the staff just ruins the whole experience further. they will definitely reply to this review being defensive and blaming the customer as they have to other reviewers that have unfortunately experienced the same lack of customer service. honestly, airports are already stressful, and it’s not worth being stressed out further by unhelpful staff and food that doesn’t taste good. trust the overall 2 stars that this place has.

Crappy place. Food is more dry than the box it came in. I can't fathom how they can make an egg sandwich so terrible. A sandwich?? How hard is it to make a sandwich at least decent?? The lady who served was not friendly or polite. Didn't even look me in the eye. Never coming back.

We ordered two coffees, one was a Latte with Almond soy milk and the other was a tall black. Both were EXACTLY THE SAME. We both tasted each other's, no difference at all, and both were both terrible. After several sugers at least was mildly decent :/ As we were in an airport in a somewhat need to get to a departure gate there was no time to get a replacement coffee. The coffee was quite Terminal; rather Disappointing :'(

Yay! It’s great to arrive at Auckland International Airport in New Zealand and find food you love right away, especially when you’re tired after a day and night of travel. Immediately upon exiting the international arrivals area, you’ll find this popular, relaxed, casual spot to grab a small quiche, a muffin or chia pudding. They offer soy, almond, coconut and oat milk for coffee drinks. They don’t make their drinks too sweet. You’ll find recyclable utensils and straws. Service is accurate, efficient and friendly. And they sell alkaline water in plant based reusable bottles. My tummy enjoyed the kombucha with ginger and turmeric. Way to go!

One of the biggest rip off i have ever seen...and it becomes more worst when they lad on the counter serve without any smile, greetings or thanks. Sefinately should be the first impression when someone visit NZ.

Biggest rip off on our trip to NZ! $29 for 2 toasted (actually microwaved) ham and cheese sandwiches we ended up throwing in the bin as totally inedible! Expect to pay a premium at any airport but this was unbeleivable.

$14.50 for extremely average croissant only to be told they can’t toast it but can warm it up, after purchase. Eat it cold otherwise the half microwaved now soggy croissant is even more of a disappointment. Definitely not value for money. Would not recommend unfortunately this take out place. For future improvements and better clarity to label prices of items and put sign up if toaster is not operating.

Very nice coffee, almond croissant a little stale but still delicious. Price is high because it’s airport price :)

Just letting other know this show is a RIP-OFF big time. Every single item in this store are over priced. I ask for smallest donut price the staff replied $8. I ask again sorry I’m asking for the smallest one and the lady said oh that $8 only take it or leave it as it’s AIRPOT PRICE…. I ask again why the price are way more than other shop in airport. They have no answer. Shot feed back of a coffee. They don’t know how to make 1. I paid $6:50 for a burned coffee
