Absolutely love this cafeοΌThe team here are just wonderful β always friendly and smiling. Youβve got to try the Eggs Bene, both the salmon and bacon ones are spot on! The cheesecake with mango sauce is also super tasty. My wife and kid love it here too. Highly recommend!

My favorite local place for a tea or catching up with friends. Friendly staffs and Helen the owner always gives us a warm welcome. Coffee within the standard, temperature always suits with my taste. Overall a nice spot for lunch or afternoon tea.
We had a wonderful dining experience at the Coffee Club, the food was delicious, especially the Calamari perfecto!! Thanks Wilmarie, and I was impressed by how friendly the staff Rose & Melissa. Love their welcoming smile!!! Will definitely come back with a group.
I ordered Hot Chocolate without sugar, no sweet, just half sweetest. Once they serve it becomes none of your comments to them, take the order and with none of your concerns and care. The pancake was so sweet coming with running syrup and tasted nothing. We have no idea what is the topping as it tastes better, quite oily and creamy. All of this was totally contrasted with each other it was almost the same cream on they put on top of the egg benedict which is worse for desserts. Too expensive compared with the quality of food.
Been here twice. But the customer service and welcoming attitude is very rubbish. Owner(John) is very rude man taking the orders doesnβt know how to talk with politeness. Change your attitude if you are always at front taking order. Very poor service JOHN.
About to purchase 3 coffees and had my 12 week old baby needing a bottle and asked for a jug of water to heat his bottle up, got told theyβre too busy and to come back in 10 minutes. Withdraw order and left, although busy at muffin break only took 1 min to give me hot water as well as great coffee. Awful customer service at coffee club westcity and will not be returning.
Assume it's the owner because there is no-way an employee would have a job after how rude he was and reading the feedback. Unfriendly, rude, patronizing, condescending are all words that come to mind.. I ordered a quick takeaway coffee, just after they opened. I made the mistake of pointing to the size and before I could get the words out 'regular' he abruptly cut me off and said he can't see and I shouldn't point to it because he'll get the order wrong and have to rekey it insinuating that it's my fault. Owners like this just damage the franchise brand, I was on fence about getting a coffee from here, will likely avoid all coffee clubs if this is the type of owner the franchiser allows to represent their brand.
Coffee was good, food I didn't buy but looked okay. Customer service was absolute rubbish. Rude and dismissive... never again, what an absolute waste of my money. What a horrible way to start someone's day by making their morning cup of coffee bitter because of miserable attitude and poor customer service. Just the worst.
