The night man does a great job running the place while it's busy and always with a smile. I pop in here regularly and see just how much effort and work he puts in. Keep up the good work brother.
I like coming in here at night, it's convenient and has the atmosphere of perfect liminality that all good 24/7 places have. Usually I end up staring blankly at the ice creams and considering all of my life choices. The staff are nice & the coffee here is good. I reccomend coming in at 4 AM, it's usually the quietest period & even in summer the sun typically isn't up yet. Cigarettes have a bit of an extra markup though.

Great Night Time Service! I just want to appreciate the night staff at Day n Night Store. They are always polite, helpful, and friendly, even during late hours. The service is quick, and I always feel safe and welcomed. It’s nice to see hardworking staff with good manners and positive attitude at night. Thank you for your excellent service!
I called because I had an issue with a recent Uber Eats order. I ordered sour cream and was given cream instead. I placed a second order to try and get it right, and when I called earlier to confirm that the order was correct this time, the woman I spoke to hung up on me. I’m just asking for the correct item to be included — sour cream — and to be treated respectfully. This has happened more than once, and I’ve noticed I’m not the only one having issues based on the reviews.
Bought some wedges and they were stone cold. Guess it's too much work just to keep hot food hot. Slack. Who wants to eat cold, dry wedges? Sort it out it's not that hard.
The food ordered through Uber is consistently disappointing, as it arrives with mistakes time and time again. What makes it even more infuriating is the complete lack of responsiveness from the store when you try to inform them about the missing items in your order. It's truly disheartening to experience such a high level of negligence in customer service. To make matters worse, both Doordash and Uber offer an extremely limited selection of shakes, leaving you with no other option but to settle for the mundane standard shake. This entire ordeal has left me with no choice but to abandon any positive feedback. While I have had satisfactory experiences with other franchises of this business, this particular one consistently gets their orders wrong and shows a complete disregard for their customers. I do understand that working in the hospitality industry can be draining, as I currently work in it myself, but there is no excuse for such consistent mishaps. It's a clear indication that they lack the commitment to delivering quality service
We love the ice creams and the Tuesday deals at this store. I am always polite and nice to the staff as you never know the conditions they have to put up with on a daily basis. The blonde lady is always polite and nice to me and my daughter. I have never had any issues.
