   I had a very disappointing experience here while doing DoorDash. I received two orders from this store and ended up waiting 45 minutes at 2:30 AM, which is completely unacceptable. The staff member on duty — an Indian Haryanvi guy — was extremely unprofessional. He showed no customer service, spoke rudely, used dismissive gestures, and was moving so slowly it felt like he didn’t want to work at all. On top of that, he was making delivery drivers do his job—asking us to collect items ourselves instead of preparing the orders properly. This is not how a store should operate. Because of this delay, my DoorDash account was negatively affected, which is very frustrating. If the staff on shift are not willing to work properly, they shouldn’t be working at that hour. Very poor experience. Not recommended.

   I stopped at this gas station to grab a drink (Sunday 1:45am), and the customer service was terrible. The person at the counter didn’t greet me at all — no “hi,” no acknowledgment. On top of that, he was constantly talking on the phone while serving me, which felt very rude and unprofessional. It seemed like he had no interest in helping customers. Really disappointing experience.

   worst customer service, indian lady at the cashier was extremely rude towards me and my little cousins. we got drinks from the fridge, they were warm and we wanted to swap out for cold. she made it a big deal and was talking shit about us to the customer behind us. so unprofessional and really uncalled for.

   worst late night employees, ordered some batteries on uber eats and they sent me the wrong ones twice in one night after selecting refund if they don’t have them. They also do not answer their phone, I even tried calling 6 times to make sure the second time would be correct and they ceased to answer their phone. - Mind you, I even wrote a special note specifying what to do and selected the refund if they don’t have it option and they still failed to do this. Useless employees, whoever was rostered on for 11.30pm 25th Feb needs to learn how to read. Such an inconvenience, outrageous that it happened twice.

   I've been to other night and days in the south island and this one is nothing like them. There is hardly any food and when I tried to buy something from the hot case the guy said it had been there all day and I shouldn't get it. They need to improve if they want customers.

   There is an Indian or Arab guy usually works at night. Me and my friends used to go here for a cup of milkshake, nothing too much to ask for. He treated us like trash and when we ask for milkshake, he was telling us that he is busy and cant make milkshake (just us in the store), then he got another excuse about level 3 lockdown I mean are you serious??? Lazy, impolite and stupid. We also got some food and tbh some kebab has been there for a month or so because it taste weird (and we were charge with full price with some food that should be in the bin). After that one of my friends said that they had food poisoned. Absolutely outrageous.

   ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Bought a raspberry milkshake and found HUNDREDS OF DEAD ANTS inside of it. It is sickening that the employee who would’ve seen the ants inside of it, still served this. Will definitely not be coming back here and would warn anyone against getting milkshakes from here!

   Food quality is pretty trash to be honest. A few times now have found products on the shelves to have expired a year or more ago. But it's always there for you in the night and that's very useful. Love the Tuesday deals as well.
